Waiting for the cookie to turk

Yes…I did say that.  I don’t know how I got turkey and cookie and cook and turk but my mind is a weird one!

Royce is home and now we are just waiting for things to all be done.  We will be going out later tonight with our friends Karen and Dan for some beers at the pub across the street.  Looking forward to watching the Chiefs tonight.

Taste tests of the stuffing went well.  Then again how can onions, celery and mushrooms sauteed in 1.5 sticks of butter NOT taste good.
